As a Programs and Operations Coordinator, I oversee the planning and implementation of projects, coordinate daily operational activities, and ensure effective communication across teams. I also support program development, monitor progress, and help ensure that all activities align with the organization’s goals and run efficiently.

What Do You Do For The Team?
As a Farm Assistant, I help the farm manager on operations by coordinating planting, weeding, and watering activities. I mobilize the team to work in their assigned areas and train members on proper agricultural practices, including planting, mulching, and constructing seed beds.

I support the team in planting, weeding, and watering crops. I also help ensure that proper agricultural practices are followed. In addition, I assist the team during donations and school field trip activities.

As a chef, I am responsible for preparing nutritious meals for staff & beneficiaries, maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen, and ensuring that food is properly managed and served on time to support daily operations.

As a Farm-Based Organization (FBO) member, I support agricultural activities and also assist with domestic tasks within the Harvest House. I help with cleaning and maintaining the office environment, working together with the security team to ensure the space is organized and well-kept.
